What Would You Do? Blog Series
Because you were never meant to heal alone.
We’ve reached the final post in the What Would You Do? grief and healing series.
Over the past weeks, we’ve added tool after tool to your healing kit:
🧰 Resilience
🫂 Community
😂 Laughter
🎨 Creativity
🌱 Dreaming
🌤 Tiny Joys
Now we wrap it all with one more—Collaboration.
Because healing isn’t a solo mission. It was never meant to be.
Tap Into the Transformative Power of Collaboration
When Healing Becomes a Team Effort
Grief can make you feel like you’re stranded on an island, piecing together a raft out of your tears and old sweatshirts.
But here's the truth:
You don’t have to rebuild alone.
There are people out there who want to help carry the weight, sit with you in silence, or hand you the next tool.
What Collaboration Looks Like
🤝 A friend who cooks you dinner
🎨 A support group that creates space for expression
💬 A grief coach or therapist who helps you sort through the mess
🧑🤝🧑 A creative partner who brings your vision to life
🐾 Yes—even a pet counts. (Built-in emotional support. Zero judgment.)
Grief Tip from My Heart:
Let people help you.
Start small. Be specific.
Instead of “Let me know if you need anything,” try:
✅ “Can you walk with me tomorrow?”
✅ “Could you text me once a week to check in?”
✅ “Will you help me pack away his clothes?”
Collaboration doesn’t make you weak. It makes healing sustainable.
Why It Matters
We’re wired for connection.
Not so we can be “fixed” by others—but so we can be held by them.
Letting people in isn’t about being dependent.
It’s about being human.
