The Lenten Journey of Letting Go — And What Comes Next

The Lenten Journey of Letting Go — And What Comes Next

Seven weeks ago, we began a journey.

Not one paved with certainty or perfection.
Not one filled with flashy promises or performative spirituality.

But a quiet, intentional, sacred journey.
Of surrender. Of reflection.
Of letting go of what weighs us down in grief.

What We Gave Up

Each week, we met one of grief’s heaviest companions—and chose to loosen our grip:

  • Resentment

  • Hatred

  • Complaining

  • Pessimism

  • Worry

  • Anger

  • Gloom

And on Easter, we dared to believe that even in our grief… we could rise.
That we could give up doubt, turn to God, and let something new begin.

We didn’t pretend it was easy.
We honored the ache.
We created space for joy and sorrow to sit at the same table.

This Series Was More Than a Reflection—It Was a Taste of What’s Possible

If something in you shifted, cracked open, or softened over the last seven weeks...
That’s not accidental. That’s grief work.

That’s what I do—this is the heartbeat behind my work as a grief coach.

✨ I help people like you name what hurts.
✨ I help you create space for healing—at your pace, with compassion.
✨ I help you rise, even when you’re not sure how.

This series was a taste of the kind of support and gentle transformation I offer through 1:1 grief coaching.
It’s not about “fixing” anything.
It’s about walking with you, reminding you that you’re not alone, and offering tools to navigate the unthinkable.

Ready to Keep Walking?

If this series spoke to your heart, I’d be honored to walk with you beyond Lent.
Whether you’re in the rawness of new grief or deep in the complexity of long-term loss, there’s room for you here.

And if you’re not ready yet, that’s okay.
I’ll be right here—offering words, cards, hope, and light for the journey.

Because you were never meant to carry this alone.

With grace and gratitude,
