The Ultimate Gift Guide for Healing & Self Care during the Holiday Season

The Ultimate Gift Guide for Healing & Self Care during the Holiday Season

I've compiled a small list of items that you can easily put a gift basket together with a beautiful card from Butterflies + Halos.  All these items will bring peace, relaxation, reflection, and comfort to the griever or yourself.  These items are meant to comfort the heart and allow the grieving heart to rest and relax.  Remember to always put YOUR oxygen mask on first!

So many times we overthink what a griever will need during their grief or even the holidays. There are so many wonderful beautiful gift ideas out there to remember their person that died, but we forget that self care is a must during the grief process.  To take care of our self, is giving us the energy to take care of the others that need us on a daily basis.

If you also are interested in adding a meaningful gift you can click on the names of these products and you will be directed to purchase them. How about a notepad; just a simple notepad to write it all down because we know there is A LOT when it comes to grief and we become foggy, so having a smaller, nice lined notepad handy is a great gift (and it fits in a stocking or easily able to add to a gift basket with the other self care items). You can go for a "Memory Feather Ornament"; this is a lasting reminder of someone's loved one visiting them from Heaven. I keep mine displayed on an ornament stand all year long in my office, this is NOT only a holiday gift, but a gift that gives all year round! I also offer a candle in memory of a loved one. This is one of the best gifts to give someone; by lighting a candle in memory of someone who has gone, it reminds us that their light of their life still shines on within us. You can either create a custom name candle with dates or I have an angel feather candle. I also am offering a wooden angel wing ornament and I have my custom notebooks that say "It's OK to not be OK".

What about my book "Chapters of a Resilient Heart"? This book would be a great gift to give with a pair of cozy socks, some herbal tea, and some chocolate to curl up and read & grieve.

The biggest thing I am trying to do is guide you into showing up for your friend who is broken, or if you are not feeling loved, maybe one of these items will bring a spark of joy to your holidays.  Together we are better, so let's show up and support our loved ones big time this holiday season!

"If you don't feel your best today, allow yourself that space. This is hard. You don't have to process this all at once". ~ unknown ~
